Bible Unlock is provided by KREYD LABS LTD.

Tell us what you expected, what happened, and your iPhone model, iOS version and Bible Unlock version. Send screenshots only if you are comfortable sharing their contents. Never send passwords, payment-card details or Apple verification codes.

Subscriptions and restoring access

After the introductory reading, Bible Unlock requires an Apple subscription. In Bible Unlock, open Settings → Restore purchases. Use the Apple account that made the purchase. Restore may ask you to authenticate with Apple.

Use Settings → Manage subscription to see or cancel your plan with Apple. Cancellation stops renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or resetting its data does not cancel a subscription. For refunds, use Apple’s purchase support.

App protection

Screen Time is optional. To use it, allow Bible Unlock in iPhone Settings → Screen Time and select apps in Bible Unlock’s settings. During an enabled routine window, complete the timed reading to release your routine’s shields. Listening or marking a journey chapter as listened does not complete the timed reading.

You can use Skip Today or Turn Off Routine in Settings. A separate focus timer can also apply protection. End that timer if it is still running. If permission is revoked, return to Bible Unlock to refresh its status.

Audio and offline reading

The text of the World English Bible Classic and Reina-Valera 1909 is included for offline reading while your subscription remains valid. Audio is available for selected chapters, rather than the complete Bible. Missing chapters are labelled unavailable. An available recording needs an internet connection the first time it is downloaded; saved recordings can play offline while verified access remains valid.

Reminders, widgets and saved verses

Enable reminders in Bible Unlock and allow notifications in iPhone Settings. Add Bible Unlock widgets from the Home Screen widget gallery; iOS controls refresh timing. To save a verse image, open Share on the verse, tap Share image, and choose Save Image, then allow Photos access if asked.

Your local data

There is no Bible Unlock account or cloud reading sync. Reading history, notes and preferences remain on this device and are excluded from backup. Reset local data permanently clears those app records. Contact us before resetting if you are troubleshooting a problem.
